Can you replace the glass without changing the frame?
Often, if the existing frame is sound and can accept the replacement unit. We check its condition and the glazing specification before recommending a solution.
Is all condensation a problem with the glass unit?
No. Condensation on an accessible glass surface is different from moisture trapped between the panes. Tell us where you see it so we can discuss the right next step.
What should I send you?
A clear photo of the affected window or door, a description of the issue and your postcode are a useful start. There is no need to remove or handle damaged glass to take a photograph.
